Not enough for a car, but I see furniture and appliance stores clamoring for that money from the Proletariats, to name 2

I was hearing reports that next week, monies would be issued.

I also heard that some people actually received their $$ yesterday.

My opinion for those who really "dont" need it:

Spend the $$$ to help the small local business out. Spend the $$$ on the businesses that help with local fundraisers. Help the "little guy" out

I don't expect the Canadian government will be sending me a "stimulus check", though i did already receive from them this month 2 direct deposit amounts (GST rebates) totaling over $500 & read somewhere that another such check will be coming later this April. Apparently they were not supposed to arrive till May, but the government sent them out a month early due to the present distress.
